Role Description The Human Resources Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for advising leadership on HR strategies, designing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations. Day-to-day tasks include supporting employee relations, conducting HR audits, managing performance and engagement initiatives, and providing guidance on organizational design and workforce planning. The consultant will collaborate with managers to resolve workplace issues, lead HR projects and interventions, and contribute to creating inclusive, high-performing teams. The role also involves preparing HR reports, recommending process improvements, and aligning HR practices with MetaZonix AI’s mission and values.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience in strategic HR consulting and operational HR support.
Candidates should possess expertise in HR Policies, including developing, implementing, and updating policies aligned with legal requirements and organizational goals.
Candidates should possess solid Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and building a positive workplace culture.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including compliance, risk mitigation, and advising on regulatory changes.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in performance management, talent acquisition, and HR analytics.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leadership.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are an advantage.
