Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
Experience in database performance tuning and optimization specific to SAP HANA environments.
Strong knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for SAP HANA databases.
Ability to monitor and troubleshoot database issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements related to database administration.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
