Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The lead actively monitors testing progress, manages defect resolution, and evaluates key performance indicators to maintain and improve the overall quality assurance process. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders and continuous process improvement are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
Ability to analyze and interpret test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
Skilled in managing test execution, defect tracking, and reporting processes.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
