Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of the complete development lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend services. The role requires actively contributing to the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to adopt emerging technologies and applies an agile approach to address complex business challenges within a cloud-first environment. This position demands a proactive mindset to continuously improve system performance and user experience through thoughtful engineering practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and product quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Spring Boot.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies in a cloud-first environment.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
