Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and features into websites, ensuring they remain current and engaging for users. Collaboration with different teams to align web development efforts with project goals is also a key part of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to ensure quality and timely delivery of web applications.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
Experience in automating web application testing using Selenium frameworks.
Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ability to design and implement test scripts to validate web functionalities.
Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting web application issues.
Understanding of continuous integration and deployment processes related to web development.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
