Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of integration and deployment activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system integration processes and platform reliability.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in System Integration Delivery Management.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and release management processes.
Experience with cloud-based platforms and SaaS architecture principles.
Ability to design and implement integration strategies that align with business objectives.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in System Integration Delivery Management.
This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
