Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. Throughout the day, the engineer collaborates with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms. This position demands continuous monitoring and adjustment of applications to preserve compatibility and optimize performance within dynamic environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application support tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
Experience with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in customizing software solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently.
Ability to manage software release cycles and coordinate deployment activities.
Knowledge of system compatibility considerations and performance optimization strategies.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
