CONCEPTORZ is expanding its academic network and is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Mathematics Teachers who can deliver high-quality online instruction to school students across India and international curriculums.
We are looking for educators who have strong mathematical knowledge, excellent problem-solving ability and the patience to guide students through concepts step by step.
You may work with students preparing for school examinations, curriculum assessments, regular academic support or advanced Mathematics, depending on your expertise and student allocation.
Classes will be conducted online through personalised one-to-one and small-group sessions.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Conduct structured and engaging online Mathematics classes for school students.
Teach according to the student's curriculum, grade level, academic objectives and learning pace.
Build conceptual understanding rather than relying only on memorisation or repetitive formula-based practice.
Explain mathematical concepts through clear examples, visual representations, logical reasoning and step-by-step problem solving.
Teach topics appropriate to the student's level, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, coordinate geometry, functions, calculus, statistics, probability and other areas of Mathematics as required.
Help students understand mathematical formulas, the reasoning behind them and their practical application.
Solve and explain numerical and application-based questions systematically.
Prepare students for examinations, school assessments, mock tests and curriculum-based evaluations.
Support students with homework, revision, practice questions and examination strategies.
Create lesson plans, worksheets, topic-wise practice sets, assignments, revision resources and mock papers.
Regularly assess student understanding and identify conceptual gaps or recurring mistakes.
Provide detailed and constructive feedback and recommend specific areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress and performance.
Adjust teaching strategies based on individual student ability, learning style and progress.
Develop students' mathematical reasoning, analytical thinking, accuracy, speed and confidence.
Encourage students to approach unfamiliar problems logically and independently.
Communicate effectively with the academic team regarding student progress and learning requirements.
Keep up to date with curriculum changes, examination patterns, assessment criteria and effective online Mathematics teaching practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Mathematics Teacher.
Strong command of Mathematics and excellent conceptual understanding.
Experience teaching school students at middle school, secondary or senior secondary level.
Experience with international and/or Indian curricula is highly desirable.
Familiarity with one or more of the following will be an advantage: IB Mathematics, A Level Mathematics, AS Level Mathematics, GCSE Mathematics, IGCSE Mathematics, CBSE, ICSE and other recognised Indian or international curriculum.
Strong problem-solving and numerical reasoning skills.
Ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly to students with different levels of ability.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong understanding of examination preparation, question-solving techniques and mathematical answer presentation.
Comfortable conducting interactive classes using virtual classrooms, video-conferencing tools, digital whiteboards and online teaching platforms.
Strong organisation, punctuality and time-management skills.
Genuine enthusiasm for Mathematics education and student development.
Pen Tablet Is Mandatory
A pen tablet is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Candidates must have access to a working pen tablet/stylus device such as:
Wacom | XP-Pen | ipad | One by Wacom | Equivalent Graphics / Pen Tablet or
The tablet must be suitable for writing equations, drawing mathematical figures, showing working steps, solving problems and explaining concepts naturally during live online classes.
Applications from candidates who do not have a pen tablet or equivalent digital writing device may not be considered.

Candidates with a degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Education or a closely related discipline, together with relevant teaching qualifications or professional training, will be considered favourably.
