Role Description The Zonal Manager – Priority Accounts is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for managing and growing key diagnostic accounts within the assigned zone. In this role, the individual will oversee account planning, relationship management, and revenue growth for priority customers, ensuring alignment with Agappe’s strategic objectives. Daily responsibilities include visiting customer sites, presenting product portfolios and solutions, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating demonstrations and evaluations of reagents and equipment. The Zonal Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure timely delivery, after‑sales service, and resolution of customer issues. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and implementing initiatives to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong account management and relationship-building skills, with experience handling key or priority accounts in diagnostics, healthcare, or related industries.
Proven sales and business development capabilities, including territory planning, target achievement, negotiation, and contract management.
Solid understanding of in‑vitro diagnostic products, reagents, and equipment, with the ability to explain technical features and value propositions to customers.
Analytical and reporting skills to track sales performance, forecast demand, and identify growth opportunities within the zone.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clinicians, lab managers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple accounts, plan customer visits, and follow up on commitments.
Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital platforms for reporting, documentation, and customer engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field
