Role Description This is a full-time English Trainer role based in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area, offered in a hybrid format with a combination of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The English Trainer will deliver engaging English language lessons aligned with K–12 curricula, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Daily activities include planning and conducting classroom and online sessions, assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and supporting differentiated instruction for diverse learning needs. The role involves creating and adapting teaching materials using Next Education’s digital platforms, collaborating with school staff and internal teams to ensure effective implementation of English programs, and participating in training, workshops, and continuous professional development initiatives. The English Trainer is expected to maintain accurate records of learner progress, contribute to curriculum enhancement, and uphold high standards of academic quality.
Qualifications
Strong English Teaching and Language Teaching skills, with the ability to design and deliver structured lessons for K–12 learners.
Demonstrated Teaching and Education experience, preferably in school or training environments, with familiarity in modern pedagogical approaches.
Effective Writing skills for developing lesson plans, assessments, learning materials, and feedback reports.
Proficiency in using digital tools and learning platforms for blended and online instruction; comfort with edtech solutions is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; a teaching certification or diploma in education is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage learners and collaborate with educators and school administrators.
Strong classroom management, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive approach.
