Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent 2 + years practical experience with L1, L2 & SME Skills).
Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Administration and Network Engineering, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise networks.
Candidates should possess solid expertise in Network Security and Cybersecurity, including Routers, Switches, firewall management, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and secure network design.
Candidates should possess a good foundation in Information Security, including security policies, standards, risk management, and incident response practices.
Candidates should possess familiarity with routing and switching protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and related network technologies.
Preferably certifications such as CCNA, Network+, Security+, or equivalent are beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to document findings and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in on-site environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams is an advantage.
