About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Purpose of the role
Cyberlite works from government policy to the classroom floor. We partner with ministries, schools and delivery partners across Asia Pacific to build cyber education that is sustainable, equitable and actually reaches the students who need it most.
We're looking for a Delivery Lead who wants to work at both ends of that — in ministry meetings and in classrooms, often in the same week.
You'll own delivery across the region. Running programmes and campaigns end to end, training local facilitators so the work continues after we leave, and holding the relationships that let us operate at scale across 16 countries.
This role involves real travel. Southeast Asia, the Pacific islands, places most organisations never reach. If that's the appeal rather than the trade-off, we should talk.
You'll fit here if you've delivered education programming across Asia, you care about cyber safety and AI fluency, and you like small teams where everyone does the actual work.
Key responsibilities
Programme & project operations
Partner with the management team to shape, build, and drive the operational strategy for Cyberlite's programmes, ensuring all activity is purposefully designed and delivered in service of project objectives.
Play an active role in strategic conversations, bringing an operational lens to ensure what we commit to is actually achievable.
Own the translation and execution of strategic decisions into clear, actionable plans — keeping teams aligned and accountable, progress visible, and risks surfaced early.
Liaise with local partners, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Maintain organised systems for project documentation, correspondence, agreements, and compliance records.
Maintain a master activity tracker aligned to project timelines and deliverable schedules.
Partnerships
Working closely with the Partnerships & Field Manager, own the full lifecycle of Cyberlite's relationships with third-party implementation partners — from selection and onboarding through to performance management and close-out.
Ensure all partners have a clear understanding of organisational goals and delivery expectations, with the right contracts and governance structures in place from the start.
Creative & training team support
Work alongside the creative team to communicate field requirements for the production and delivery of educational content, toolkits, and public awareness materials — managing timelines and liaising with designers and instructional developers.
Support the training team in recruiting and coordinating master trainers and facilitators, and organising trainer workshops.
Execute the localisation and adaptation of materials for different country contexts, coordinating translation and cultural review processes.
Contracts & administration
Draft and process MOA and subcontract agreements with local NGOs, civil society organisations, and consultants, with support from the Project Manager.
Track deliverables and payment schedules for vendors, following up to ensure timely completion.
Collect and organise required documentation from partners, including progress updates and financial records.
Support procurement processes for design services, printing, and other project supplies.
Monitoring, evaluation & reporting
Coordinate the administration of surveys and feedback tools for training workshops and student programmes.
Compile operational data, activity logs, and progress information to support internal and donor reporting.
Support the scheduling and coordination of stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and evaluation activities.
Produce quarterly and annual reports for clients on project status.
