Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software components.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration of financial software solutions within enterprise environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
