Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for consulting and niche technology roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT/Consulting hiring, stakeholder management, sourcing, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Source, screen, and hire talent for consulting and niche technology roles.
Partner with business and delivery teams to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment strategies.
Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Manage recruitment vendors and maintain regular hiring updates and recruitment metrics.
Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and talent availability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/Consulting Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience in end-to-end lateral hiring for niche technology roles.
Hands-on expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other channels.
Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
