Role Description The Insurance Professional will support customers in understanding and selecting suitable insurance products, including motor, two-wheeler, and micro-insurance plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining policy features, clarifying terms and conditions, assisting with premium and EMI calculations, and guiding customers through the purchase and renewal process. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with insurance partners or brokers, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and policy details. This is a part-time, remote role that requires consistent online availability during agreed working hours and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage for advising on suitable products and policy options.
Candidates should possess skills in Finance to interpret premiums, EMIs, and basic financial implications for customers.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients clearly and professionally.
Relevant experience in sales, insurance advisory, or financial services is beneficial.
Knowledge of Indian insurance regulations and common policy types is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with good time management and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms.
