We are now looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our Kochi team and help convert enquiries into bookings while building strong relationships with customers.
About the Role
This is a sales-focused calling role.
You will be responsible for speaking with customers who enquire about Game Wagon, understanding what they are looking for, explaining our products and packages, following up with interested leads, and converting those enquiries into confirmed bookings.
You should be comfortable speaking to customers throughout the day, following up consistently, handling objections, and working towards clear sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with new customer enquiries.
Explain Game Wagon's console rental packages, pricing, offers, and available products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable package.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Follow up with customers who have not yet completed their booking.
Respond to leads received through WhatsApp, website enquiries, social media, and other channels.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and booking status in the CRM.
Reconnect with previous customers for repeat bookings and offers.
Upsell longer rental durations, additional controllers, games, monitors, and other relevant add-ons.
Coordinate with the branch team regarding availability, delivery timings, and customer requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a professional and helpful customer experience at all times.
What We Are Looking For
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
Good spoken Malayalam and English.
Hindi would be an added advantage.
Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and close sales.
Good follow-up discipline.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
