Company Description Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is a non-profit organization focused on providing disadvantaged youth in India with pathways to professional employment through free, intensive one-year programs. Operating over 1,000 branches across 10 states in north India, FEA serves more than 60,000 urban and rural students with structured, in-person classes. Its curriculum, inspired by best practices from leading global universities, builds English language proficiency, non-cognitive skills, digital literacy, and ethical, productive mindsets. FEA’s teaching model combines technology, peer interaction, and lecture-based methods to foster lifelong learning and adaptability in a changing workforce. A large-scale randomized evaluation by Stanford University found that students completing FEA’s urban course can earn substantially higher lifetime income, demonstrating the program’s long-term impact.
