Role Description The Assistant Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Digboi. This role supports overall Team of DM Branch Sales, including supervising daily activities, guiding the sales team, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The Assistant Branch Manager helps drive business growth by supporting sales targets, developing local market strategies, and fostering strong relationships with customers and partners. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, assisting in training and mentoring branch staff, handling escalated customer queries, and preparing periodic reports for senior management. The role also involves promoting the company’s insurance products across segments, maintaining service quality standards, and contributing to a positive, compliant branch environment.
