Role Description The Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Project Manager will lead end-to-end ERP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery. This full-time, on-site role based in Namakkal involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring alignment between system capabilities and business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scope, gathering and documenting business processes, overseeing configuration and testing, and facilitating user training and change management activities. The ERP Project Manager will track project risks and issues, prepare status reports for stakeholders, and work closely with leadership to ensure the ERP implementation supports long-term organizational goals.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess business needs, and support informed decision-making.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience in ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to manage system rollout, configuration, and integration.
Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to plan, monitor, and control project costs effectively.
Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge to map, optimize, and align workflows with ERP functionalities.
Experience managing cross-functional projects, with demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
Prior experience as an ERP Project Manager or similar role, preferably in on-site implementation environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; relevant project management or ERP certifications are an advantage.
