Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based at the Suchi Foams Pvt Ltd facility in Kadi. The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment used in foam manufacturing operations. Daily tasks include performing routine inspections, executing preventive maintenance schedules, diagnosing electrical faults, and ensuring minimal downtime of production machinery. The role involves collaborating with production and mechanical teams to resolve technical issues, maintaining maintenance records, and following safety and regulatory standards. The engineer will also support the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and suggest improvements to enhance reliability and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering for industrial machinery and equipment.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, including circuits, controls, and safety practices.
Candidates should possess experience with Preventive Maintenance, including planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, manuals, and technical documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.
Willingness to work on-site in Kadi and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
