HBM ENGINEERING SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

As an HBM Engineering Support Technician at Micron, you will hold a key position in maintaining and enhancing our top-tier manufacturing equipment. You will work alongside a committed group of professionals to guarantee seamless operation and ongoing refinement of our processes. Your primary duties will include:
Maintaining HBM_TNR process yield by addressing machine alarms, SPACE alarms, and analyzing product defects.
Performing preventive maintenance (PM) on machines according to specified guidelines.
Troubleshooting machine issues and drafting detailed passdown documentation.
Upholding rigorous 6S standards in equipment areas.
Proposing improvement ideas for equipment PM or troubleshooting processes.
Reporting any abnormalities or findings during daily operations.
Applying AI-enabled tools to support troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, technical documentation, data review, and continuous improvement activities.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Ambitious and driven with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
Experience with AI tools and technologies is valued, but not required.
Willing to work in FAB environment (including PHOTO area with yellow light).
Willing to wear Clean room suit.
Discipline and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
Basic English skills(Read & Write).
The rotate between shift will be 3~4 months depends on requirment.(4-3shift, Day/Night).
Working hours:07:30~19:30(Day shift) 19:30~07:30(Night shift).
