PCG Advisor – Super HNI Desk

📍 Location: Pune
💼 Experience: Relevant experience in PCG / Wealth Management / Stock Broking
💰 CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA (Depending on Experience)
We’re looking for an experienced PCG Advisor to manage Super HNI clients and drive revenue through equity advisory and wealth management solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Advise Super HNI clients across Equity, Derivatives, Currency, and Commodity markets.
- Independently manage clients with a book size of ₹25 Lakh and above.
- Generate revenue through effective advisory and client activation.
- Cross-sell Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, and other investment products.
- Acquire new clients and retain existing relationships through regular meetings.
- Understand clients’ financial requirements and recommend suitable portfolios.
- Handle client queries and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and maintain strong client engagement.
- Track advisory performance, targets, and client interactions.
🔹 Eligibility
- Graduation and above; Post-Graduation preferred.
- Relevant experience in PCG, Wealth Management, Equity Advisory, or Stock Broking.
- Experience handling HNI / Super HNI clients and managing a ₹25 Lakh+ client book will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Currency & Commodity Markets.
- Strong client acquisition, relationship management, and advisory skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
