Job Position: PROCUREMENT MANAGER / SR. MANAGER – AVIATION / MRO

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager / Senior Manager to lead strategic procurement activities within the aviation/MRO environment. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely availability of aircraft materials, components, spares and maintenance-related requirements while driving cost efficiency, supplier performance and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic sourcing, procurement and purchasing for aviation/MRO materials and requirements.
Manage vendor identification, evaluation, negotiations, contracts and supplier performance.
Ensure timely procurement of aircraft spares, components, consumables and maintenance materials.
Drive material planning and time-critical/AOG procurement to support uninterrupted maintenance operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, suppliers, distributors and MRO partners.
Monitor procurement costs, lead times, quality and delivery performance.
Lead and mentor the procurement team while coordinating with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, Stores, Finance and other stakeholders.
Ensure procurement activities comply with applicable aviation, quality, regulatory and company requirements.
Key Requirements
8+ years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within Aviation, Airline, MRO or Aerospace.
Strong experience in aviation/MRO materials and aircraft maintenance requirements.
Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management and commercial negotiations.
Experience handling urgent/time-critical procurement and material planning.
Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
10+2 from a regular/full-time school is mandatory.
