What you'll do
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Own content authoring, component-based development, digital asset management, templates, and workflows, and integrate AEM with enterprise web and marketing platforms
• React: Design, build, and maintain front-end applications and AEM components using React / TypeScript, including component architecture, state management, and performance optimization
• Deploy, host, and operate AEM and React applications within Azure cloud environments, working with Azure DevOps for builds, releases, and monitoring
• Design and integrate REST APIs connecting AEM/React front ends with third-party SaaS vendors and external platforms • Collaborate with backend, marketing, and content teams to deliver enterprise web and digital experience platform solutions
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and drive front-end engineering best practices
• Participate in sprint planning, story delivery, and Agile ceremonies using ADO Boards
What you bring
• 5–10 years of front-end / digital experience platform development experience
• Required – AEM: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including supporting content authoring, component-based development, digital asset management, templates, workflows, and integration with enterprise web and marketing platforms
• Required – React: Strong proficiency in React / TypeScript for front-end development, including component architecture, state management, and performance optimization
• .NET / C# backend and API development experience
• Working knowledge of Azure and DevOps — comfortable operating cloud-based applications, CI/CD pipelines, release management, monitoring, and collaborating across engineering teams using tools such as Azure DevOps
• Strong REST API design and third-party SaaS integration experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery: sprint planning, ADO work items, story delivery, and retrospectives
Nice to Have — the following experience will give you an edge
• Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS)
• Marketo: any marketing automation or campaign configuration experience
• Working knowledge of AI/Copilot tools: Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
