Job Description
The Ecommerce Developer role at KaRa Gifting is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities Role Involves
Developing, maintaining, and optimising the company’s e-commerce website.
Daily responsibilities include product listings, social media updates, updating front-end components, and integrating back-end functionality to ensure secure, efficient online transactions.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to support product cataloguing, promotions, and site enhancements, while monitoring performance and resolving technical issues promptly.
Qualifications
Relevant experience with popular e-commerce technologies (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
Possess strong skills in e-commerce platforms and workflows, including product catalogues, carts, payments, and order management.
Possess skills in Responsive Web Design, Front-End Development frameworks and third-party tools.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively on-site in Lucknow.
Understanding of SEO, web analytics, and performance optimisation for e-commerce sites is an advantage.
