Role Description
We are looking for a Graduate Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals who want to start their careers in Software Engineering, Software Development, Backend Development, Web Development, Full-Stack Development, Databases, APIs, Automation, and Enterprise Applications.
The Graduate Software Engineer will work closely with IT, data, operations, production, finance, supply chain, and other business teams to support the development, testing, implementation, and improvement of software applications and digital solutions across the organization.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Electronics, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in software development, programming, web development, application support, IT, or related technology areas can apply.
2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, PHP, or similar technologies.
Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, databases, and software-development fundamentals.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar databases will be an advantage.
Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Basic understanding of REST APIs, Git, GitHub, version control, or web services will be an advantage.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, or DevOps tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Good logical, analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Strong willingness to learn and develop practical software-engineering skills.
Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
Internship, coding project, GitHub project, hackathon, certification, freelance work, personal project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.

Work arrangement
No
