About the Role
Process/assess pre-approval request, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pre-approval handling within the required SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Are you a Health Sciences or Biomedical Sciences graduate looking to build a career beyond the laboratory, research, or hospital environment?

Fresh graduates in Health Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or other closely related disciplines.
Experienced professionals with backgrounds in Insurance Claims, Nursing, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Medical Services, or related fields.

Pre-approval Process / Assessment 90%
Accurately process/assess all pre-approval request in adherence to company guideline and quality standard
Review and approve cases that is within the pre-approval authority granted
Document pre-approval assessments comprehensively, ensuring transparency and clarity in decision making.
Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark
Shows keenness to develop technical competency by extending pre-approval scope handle or authority limits
Maintain a good personal record of training in line with the training framework of the Company
Demonstrate excellent customer centric mindset through highly engaged culture
Other miscellaneous tasks10%
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor / manager in order to meet business requirements
Participate in departmental/organizational activities, programs and other tasks required
Job Requirements:
Fluent in English & Chinese, with the ability to read and type in both Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
Fresh graduates with backgrounds in Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Biotechnology, Medical, Health Science or Food Science, are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with experience in the medical industry, laboratory environment, or insurance claims processing would be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow.
