Role Description
We are looking for an Entry Level Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is ideal for fresh graduates, recent graduates, and early-career professionals looking to start their careers in Software Engineering, Software Development, Backend Development, Full-Stack Development, Web Development, Databases, APIs, Automation, and Enterprise Applications.
The Entry Level Software Engineer will work closely with IT, data, operations, finance, production, supply chain, and other business teams to support the development, testing, deployment, and improvement of software applications and digital systems across the organization.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Electronics, or a related discipline.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates currently working as Junior Software Engineer, Associate Software Engineer, Software Developer, Junior Developer, Application Developer, Backend Developer, Web Developer, or Graduate Software Engineer can apply.
Candidates from IT services, SaaS, technology, consulting, e-commerce, finance, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, or other industries are welcome.
Basic knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, PHP, or similar technologies.
Basic understanding of programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, databases, and software-development fundamentals.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar databases will be an advantage.
Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Basic understanding of REST APIs, Git, GitHub, version control, or web services will be an advantage.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, or DevOps tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Good logical, analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Strong willingness to learn and develop practical software-development skills.
Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
Internship, coding project, GitHub project, hackathon, certification, freelance project, personal project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
