Retail Ops – Facilities Maintenance

Coordinate Vendor Work: Dispatch work orders to pre-approved contractors using the system's Service Matrix, tracking SLA arrival times and on-site repair progress.
Track Warranties & Protect Spend: Use the Power BI Warranty Dashboard to cross-reference parts against active manufacturer coverage, blocking unnecessary out-of-pocket spending.
Reconcile Invoices: Verify completed work against original estimates and vendor contracts to auto-approve invoices within a 5% budget tolerance.
Monitor Energy Overrides: Utilize Building Management Systems (BMS) to identify stores with irregular energy spikes and coordinate remote schedule corrections before dispatching technicians.
SKILLS
Experience in Facilities Coordination, Dispatching, Work Order Management, in a multi-site retail environment.
Hands-on experience with CMMS or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Tango).
Familiarity with facilities management concepts (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, vendor SLAs).
Experience with invoice review and basic data analysis (experience with Power BI is a plus).

Manage Access Permissions: Process user PIN/passcode requests and system programming updates for store-level alarm panels securely.
SKILLS
Experience with Loss Prevention or Asset Protection in a retail or corporate environment.
Proficiency in analyzing data to identify anomalies (experience with tools like Appriss is a plus).
Familiarity with case management systems (e.g., ThinkLP) and video management software (e.g., Bosch, Orchid VMS).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
