Sales Engineer — Industrial Automation & AI Infrastructure

About the role
We sell across two portfolios — motion and automation hardware, and AI compute infrastructure. You will own the full sales cycle for assigned accounts: prospecting, technical discussions, solution sizing, commercial closure, and account growth.
Product lines
Motion & Automation: linear motion systems, servo drives and motors, hydraulics, industrial robotics
AI Infrastructure: GPU servers, storage, and on-premise LLM / AI deployment stacks
Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads across manufacturing, machine builders, OEMs, data centres, and enterprise IT
Understand customer applications and recommend the right technical configuration
Prepare proposals, BOMs, quotations, and handle commercial negotiation
Coordinate with principals and internal engineering for sizing, demos, and POCs
Maintain pipeline discipline in CRM; deliver against monthly and quarterly targets
Support post-sale handover, commissioning follow-up, and repeat business
Requirements
BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Science (MBA a plus)
Working knowledge of at least one of: motion control / hydraulics / robotics, or server, storage and GPU infrastructure
Comfortable reading technical specs and translating them into a customer-facing solution
Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
