Role Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused Personal Banker to handle international clients, resolve queries, and provide personalized banking support across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service through voice and digital channels.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Collections teams.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of customer transactions.
Follow all regulatory requirements, banking policies, and compliance guidelines.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and digital capabilities.
Requirements
2–6 years of experience in International Voice Process / Banking / BFSI.
Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of banking products and customer service processes.
Comfortable working in international/rotational shifts.
