BIM Electrical Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced BIM Electrical Team Lead with 6+ years of experience in Electrical BIM modeling and coordination. The candidate will be responsible for leading the electrical BIM team, managing project deliverables, ensuring model quality, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Electrical BIM Modelers.
Develop and manage Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare detailed LOD 400/500 electrical models and construction-ready deliverables.
Perform electrical layouts including lighting, power, containment, cable trays, and equipment.
Create and manage Revit families and electrical components.
Coordinate electrical models with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Plumbing disciplines.
Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
Review models, drawings, and deliverables for accuracy and compliance with project standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure BIM standards, workflows, BEP requirements, and project deadlines are followed.
Support BIM coordination, quantity take-offs, COBie, and asset information requirements where applicable.
Provide technical guidance and training to junior BIM team members.
Required Skills:
6+ years of relevant experience in Electrical BIM/Revit.
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Hands-on experience with Navisworks Manage and BIM coordination.
Strong knowledge of Electrical MEP systems and construction practices.
Experience working on international projects is preferred.
Good understanding of LOD 400/500, BIM standards, clash detection, and Revit Family Creation.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
