Role Description The Operations and Research Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves supporting day-to-day operational processes related to investment and real estate advisory, including data collection, validation, and reporting for internal teams and clients. The analyst will conduct quantitative and qualitative research on financial markets, investment products, and real estate opportunities, and prepare analytical summaries, dashboards, and presentations to assist decision-making. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving operational workflows, monitoring portfolio and transaction data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of records, and coordinating with advisors and external partners as needed. The analyst is expected to contribute to process improvements, support compliance and documentation requirements, and provide ongoing analytical insights to enhance client service.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Research and Statistics skills to support modeling, optimization, and quantitative analysis.
Candidates should possess advanced Data Analysis and Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial and real estate data sets and generate actionable insights.
Candidates should possess solid Research skills to perform market, product, and client-specific studies using reliable sources and structured methodologies.
Candidates should possess proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, data visualization or BI tools) and comfort with numerical analysis.
Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare clear reports, presentations, and client-ready documentation.
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
Prior experience or internships in investment advisory, wealth management, real estate advisory, consulting, or financial services will be an advantage.
