Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Full Stack Engineer role based in NCR, suitable for professionals with 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end components. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java and React, along with a solid understanding of modern web application architecture and development practices.
The role involves working across the complete application lifecycle—from understanding requirements and designing solutions to development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and secure full-stack applications.
Build robust back-end services, APIs, and business logic using Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and back-end services.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases and optimize queries and application performance.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and production issues.
Develop automated unit and integration tests and maintain high code quality.
Work with CI/CD pipelines and support application deployment and release processes.
Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end.
Contribute to improvements in engineering processes, development standards, tooling, and architecture.
Understand business and finance workflows and translate them into robust technology solutions.
Work in an AI-native product environment and collaborate with teams integrating AI capabilities into business workflows.
Qualifications
Required
3+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in full-stack application development.
Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, web services, and application integration.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL and database integration from back-end applications.
Good understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and application architecture.
Experience with Git and standard software development workflows.
Experience writing unit/integration tests and debugging production issues.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative engineering environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Good to Have
Experience with Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA, Microservices, and messaging systems.
Experience with TypeScript, Redux, or other modern React ecosystem technologies.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
Understanding of performance optimization, scalability, security, and distributed systems.
Experience working with AI/LLM-powered applications, AI APIs, or AI-driven workflow automation.
Experience in fintech, financial services, accounting, ERP, payments, or cross-border finance workflows.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
