Senior Electrical Engineer

We are Hiring Sr. Electrical Engineer for Pune location
Qualification : ME/M.tech/BE/B.tech-Electrical, Electrical & Power
Experience: 8+ years
Job Description:
· Lead power system design, distribution, and auxiliary power systems for EPC power plant projects.
· Prepare and review schematics, SLDs, grounding, lightning protection, and lighting designs.
· Perform key electrical system calculations and develop conceptual & detailed designs.
· Prepare project/equipment specifications, BOQs, material take-offs, and field estimates.
· Conduct system studies, bid reviews, vendor drawing reviews, and technical evaluations.
· Develop clarifications/deviations, support tender responses, and resolve supplier queries.
· Manage cost control, scheduling, work planning, and man-hour monitoring.
· Standardize documents, maintain engineering document lists, and ensure timely deliverables.
· Strong knowledge of IEC/IEEE/IS standards; EPC power or O&G project experience preferred.
Skills:
· Strong planning, presentation, and communication skills.
· Thorough knowledge of IEC/IEEE/IS standards and international codes.
· Proficiency in ETAP, E-Plan, AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
· Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
· Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and team spirit.
· Knowledge of Japanese language is an added advantage.
