Role Description The Front Office Executive will manage day-to-day reception and front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and callers. Responsibilities include greeting and guiding visitors, handling incoming calls and inquiries, maintaining visitor records, and coordinating meeting room schedules. The role will also involve supporting basic administrative tasks such as handling mail, managing appointments, and assisting internal teams with front-office coordination. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring consistent presence during office hours and close collaboration with legal and administrative staff.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong customer-facing and support abilities, including Customer Service and Front Office skills.
Candidates should possess effective interpersonal and Communication skills for engaging with visitors, clients, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess core front desk operational capabilities, including Receptionist Duties and basic administrative coordination.
Candidates should ideally have prior experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in professional services or nonprofit environments.
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools, good telephone etiquette, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Candidates should have a minimum of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline will be an advantage.
