Assistant Revenue Manager

Location: Corporate Office – Gurugram

Position Overview:
The Assistant Revenue Manager will support the Corporate Revenue team in driving revenue optimization strategies across Sarovar Hotels’ portfolio. This role involves managing reservations and revenue operations, analyzing market trends, and implementing pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing revenue management strategies for all Sarovar properties.
Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR).
Manage central reservations system and ensure seamless booking processes across channels.
Optimize inventory distribution across OTAs, brand website, and GDS platforms.
Conduct competitor analysis and market trend studies to support pricing decisions.
Collaborate with property-level teams to ensure alignment with corporate revenue goals.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and revenue management best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 06 years in Hospitality Reservations and Revenue Operations.
Prior experience in hotel chains or multi-property revenue management is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and revenue management systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
