Role Description
We are looking for an Enterprise Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in working across Enterprise Software, Application Development, Backend Engineering, APIs, Databases, ERP, CRM, System Integration, Cloud, Automation, and Business Applications.
The Enterprise Software Engineer will work closely with IT, data, finance, production, supply chain, sales, operations, and other business teams to develop, integrate, maintain, and improve enterprise applications and digital systems that support business and manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in enterprise software, software development, application development, backend development, application support, system integration, ERP/CRM, or related technology roles can apply.
Candidates currently working as Enterprise Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Application Developer, Backend Developer, Full Stack Developer, ERP Developer, Application Support Engineer, Integration Engineer, Java Developer, Python Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from IT services, SaaS, technology, consulting, ERP implementation, e-commerce, finance, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
Basic to good knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, C++, PHP, or similar technologies.
Understanding of software-development fundamentals, APIs, databases, object-oriented programming, system integration, and enterprise applications.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar databases will be an advantage.
Exposure to frameworks such as Spring Boot, React, Angular, Node.js, Django, Flask, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Understanding of REST APIs, web services, Git, GitHub, and version control will be an advantage.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, or DevOps tools will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with system integration, APIs, middleware, business workflows, or enterprise data will be beneficial.
Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
Internship, certification, coding project, GitHub project, ERP project, academic project, freelance work, or application-support exposure will be considered but is not mandatory.
Strong willingness to learn new enterprise technologies, business systems, and development frameworks.
