We're Hiring: Equity Research Analyst | PMS Vertical | 4Thoughts (Bangalore)
4Thoughts Finance is a leading Multi Family Office serving HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and corporates, is expanding its capabilities with an upcoming Portfolio Management Services (PMS) license — and we're looking for the right person to be part of building this vertical from the ground up.
This is en exciting opportunity to join at the inception stage of a PMS business to help shape processes, positioning, and early client relationships rather than stepping into a legacy setup.
What you'll be part of:
Direct exposure to portfolio strategy, compliance and operations functions as the license comes to life
Working alongside a senior leadership team with deep roots in wealth management, distribution, and alliances
What we're looking for:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the securities market (broking, AMC, wealth management, PMS/AIF, or related capital markets roles)
Based in Bangalore (mandatory)
A genuine interest in growing within the PMS space as it scales
