Work days: Monday to Saturday
Any 2 Saturday off

Job Description
1. Conduct sensory evaluation of food samples and assist in shelf-life studies as per standard laboratory protocols.
2. Perform quality checks and verify test results to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
3. Follow FSSAI guidelines and food safety regulations during testing, documentation, and reporting.
4. Maintain laboratory records, prepare reports, and update test data using basic computer applications.
5. Support day-to-day laboratory operations while adhering to quality and safety procedures.
