Role Description This is a full-time Civil Engineer role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in the Pune Division, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. The Civil Engineer will prepare and review designs, drawings, and specifications for civil structures and infrastructure projects. Daily responsibilities include planning and coordinating project activities, performing site inspections, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating with project managers, architects, contractors, and other engineers to resolve technical issues, optimize design solutions, and manage resources and timelines. The Civil Engineer will also support documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills to plan, analyze, and develop safe and efficient infrastructure solutions.
Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction or infrastructure projects, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong Planning skills to manage project schedules, resources, and site activities effectively.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and practices for drainage, flood control, and sustainable site development.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and local regulations applicable to civil works.
Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and basic MS Office applications.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work both on-site and remotely as required.
Prior experience in building, infrastructure, or land development projects in or near Pune Division is an advantage.
