FingerLime is a growth and automation company helping businesses build AI-powered lead generation, sales and customer engagement systems using marketing automation, CRM, funnels and Agentic AI.
We’re looking for an Automation Specialist who can build, implement and troubleshoot advanced AI-powered workflows for our clients.
🔥 What You’ll Do
* Build and deploy Agentic AI workflows and AI agents
* Design AI-powered lead qualification and engagement systems
* Build automated lead follow-up and nurture workflows
* Create CRM pipelines, triggers, conditions and automation logic
* Build funnels and automation systems using Systeme.io
* Work with GoHighLevel (GHL) and other CRM/automation platforms
* Set up WhatsApp automation and integrations
* Integrate platforms using APIs, Webhooks, Zapier and Make
* Build automated appointment booking, reminders and follow-ups
* Build lead reactivation and missed-lead recovery workflows
* Integrate AI models/tools into business workflows
* Troubleshoot, test and optimise existing automation systems
* Document workflows and systems for internal teams and clients
* Work closely with the marketing and strategy team to implement client systems
✅ MUST HAVE
Candidates must have hands-on experience with:
* Building Agentic AI workflows / AI agents
* Systeme.io
* CRM and marketing automation
* Workflow builders and automation logic
* GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
* APIs and Webhooks
* Make and/or Zapier
* Lead capture, qualification and follow-up automation
* Integrating multiple tools into an automated business system
⭐ Good to Have
* OpenAI / ChatGPT API experience
* WhatsApp Business API
* Meta Lead Ads integrations
* AI voice agents
* AI chatbots
* Basic JavaScript/API knowledge
* Experience working with marketing agencies
* Experience building systems for coaches, clinics, consultants or other service businesses
🧠 Who We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for someone who only knows how to create basic Zapier automations.
We want a technical problem-solver who understands how AI + CRM + funnels + automation can work together to create complete revenue systems.
You should be comfortable taking a requirement such as:
“A new lead comes from Meta → AI qualifies them → lead is routed → WhatsApp follow-up starts → appointment is booked → CRM is updated → reminders are sent → sales team is notified.”
…and actually build the system end-to-end.
Salary will depend on technical capability, Agentic AI experience and the complexity of systems you can independently build.
