Role Description
We are looking for a Platform Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career software professionals interested in working across Platform Engineering, Backend Development, Cloud Infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, Databases, Automation, System Integration, and Scalable Software Systems.
The Platform Software Engineer will work closely with IT, software, data, operations, finance, production, supply chain, and other business teams to develop and maintain reliable technology platforms, shared services, internal tools, and integrations that support business and operational applications.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, backend development, cloud engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, application development, or related technology roles can apply.
Candidates currently working as Platform Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, Software Engineer, Backend Developer, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or Application Developer are encouraged to apply.
Candidates from SaaS, product companies, IT services, cloud, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, or other industries are welcome.
Basic to good knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, C#, C++, or similar technologies.
Understanding of backend development, APIs, databases, software-development fundamentals, and system integration.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, or similar technologies will be an advantage.
Exposure to Spring Boot, Node.js, Django, Flask, .NET, FastAPI, or similar backend frameworks will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Basic understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, Git, GitHub, and version control will be an advantage.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CI/CD tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with Linux, scripting, networking, containers, cloud infrastructure, or automation will be an advantage.
Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, monitoring tools, or distributed systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work effectively across software, infrastructure, and business teams.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
Internship, certification, GitHub project, coding project, cloud project, DevOps project, hackathon, or academic project experience will be considered but is not mandatory.
Strong willingness to learn new platform, cloud, backend, and infrastructure technologies.
