About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable Founders’ Office Associate who can operate across technology, documentation, business operations, hiring, coordination and research.
This is not a conventional administrative role. You will work closely with the founders to conceptualise, document, coordinate and execute the development of an early-stage software and Ad-Tech business.
The ideal candidate is a strong written communicator, technically curious, exceptionally organised, aesthetically sensitive and comfortable working across functions without rigid organisational boundaries.
What You Will Do
Write and maintain technical and software-development documentation — requirements, specifications, workflows, process documents, system notes and implementation briefs.
Coordinate lean software development across founders, designers, developers and other contributors — with an emphasis on clarity, ownership and execution rather than formal Agile ceremonies.
Conceptualise and document business processes, policies, operating procedures and internal frameworks.
Identify relevant legal, regulatory, contractual, compliance and operational considerations and coordinate their documentation with appropriate professionals.
Prepare and maintain client/advertiser onboarding, employee onboarding and vendor onboardingdocumentation.
Assist with contracts, vendor records, policies, SOPs, compliance documentation and other organisational knowledge.
Support hiring end-to-end — identifying talent pools, preparing role descriptions, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines.
Understand business geographies and talent geographies — where customers, partners, vendors and good talent are located and why.
Research and participate intelligently in technology, advertising, gaming and developer ecosystems across platforms such as GitHub, SourceForge, Discord, Slack and related communities.
Help build and maintain the company's documentation, knowledge systems, processes and institutional memory.
Contribute to presentations, web/content material and other communication where required.
Maintain a strong sense of visual quality, information design, typography and aesthetic consistency.
What We Look For
Excellent native-level written and spoken English with strong comprehension and editing ability.
Demonstrable ability to write clearly about software, systems, processes and business operations.
Technically curious; able to understand software architecture and development concepts without necessarily being a software engineer.
Strong research and reading habits with genuine intellectual curiosity.
Comfortable learning unfamiliar domains independently.
Strong organisational and coordination skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Good aesthetic judgement and an instinct for clean, precise and purposeful design.
Familiarity with developer, technology, advertising and gaming communities and social networks.
A practical understanding of business, hiring, talent markets and professional ecosystems.
High personal standards for accuracy, quality, confidentiality and follow-through.
A strong ethical orientation towards building and delivering legally sound, responsible software.

Work Environment
This is an on-site role in South Delhi or the nearby region. Presently we are garage based, bootstrapped, and building a profitable business model. The position involves working closely with the founders and requires initiative, discretion, adaptability and a willingness to work across conventional functional boundaries.
