DGM - Talent Acquisition and Talent Attraction

The purpose of this position is to Head the Talent Acquisition & Talent Attraction for Bosch Limited, in developing and executing strategies to attract Top Talent, build hiring strategies for Bosch as being a preferred employer among Talent fraternity.
1. Overseeing recruitment processes, workload management for Talent Acquisition Managers, RPO, and Vendors to ensure effectiveness, leading to optimized hiring outcomes. Accountable for comprehensive end to end search to onboarding of new talent for RBIN
2. Lead Ecosystem Development including Hiring manager coaching across RBIN such as UBCM, Talent Hub touchpoints and driving key new age practices in Industry
3. Establish and monitor on recruiting processes, managing expectations of hiring managers and candidates, fostering excellence in key twin aspects of "Business Impact" & "Candidate Experience" through agreed KPIs
4. Formulate onboarding processes, strategies to engage through socialization, leading to a superior candidate experience, enhanced new joiner engagement and retention.
5. Mentoring and developing a team across India, including TA Managers, RPO, and partners including Academia, to attract top talent
6. Manage with RBIN ER & Legal teams to ensure compliance with employment legislation, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and aligning recruitment strategies with company objectives, resulting in efficient and legally compliant hiring processes.
7. Monitor recruitment platforms, applying data-driven approaches to achieve hiring goals efficiently, and ensuring compliance with diversity recruitment objectives, leading to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
8. Developing and implementing Launch Pads for strategic talent attraction from academia, DEI Hiring and alternate models of attraction such as Veteran and Untapped markets, to sustain a talent pipeline, partnering with recruiting stakeholders to implement innovative recruitment campaigns, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
Qualifications
Postgraduate (MBA/PGPM/PGDM) with specialization in HR
12-15 years of deep HR professional know-how and overall experience, with at least 5 - 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Experience of working in a technology / manufacturing / engineering organization
Proficient knowledge of current HR trends, practices and Talent Acquisition market (both lateral and academia).
Competent knowledge on Pipeline hiring strategies & Talent Attraction by outreach through identified social media platforms
Proficient collaboration and in-depth business networking, interpersonal skills
Competent knowledge in consulting, problem-solving, critical thinking, advisory, communication and analysis
Competent knowledge on Psychometric tools: Thomas PPA assessments, Hogan instruments
Radiate trust & credibility with business including stakeholder management both internally (Hiring managers, Leadership) and externally (Consultants, Candidates, Academic Fraternity)
