Prakruti Plus, a Catalyst Management Services (CMS) initiative, is building a commercial platform that brings validated climate-adaptation products to rural and peri-urban households through community entrepreneurs and channel partners.
We are looking for a Business Head to build and scale this business—owning the P&L, growth strategy, sales & distribution, partnerships and commercial sustainability.
Role Description
✓ Strong rural + urban distribution experience
✓ Proven P&L ownership
✓ Experience scaling a business/channel/category
✓ Deep understanding of dealer, distributor & franchise economics
✓ Strong commercial negotiation & partnership skills
✓ Experience building and leading high-performing teams
✓ Ability to work across strategy and hands-on execution
✓ Passion for building commercially sustainable businesses with rural/community impact
📍 Location: Bengaluru
✈️ Travel: Extensive travel across operating states
