Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Staff Nurse role based at Senthil Multi-Speciality Hospital in Erode. The Staff Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring, medication administration, and documentation in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards. Responsibilities include assisting physicians and specialist consultants during procedures, preparing and maintaining patient records, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety guidelines. The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and families about treatment plans and post-care instructions, and supporting the smooth functioning of nursing services in various specialty departments. The Staff Nurse is expected to participate in shift duties, respond to emergencies, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the hospital.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, monitoring of vital signs, medication administration, and basic emergency care.
