Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will support the successful management and execution of projects by coordinating assigned project activities and delivering work packages under the guidance of the Project Managers. You will apply basic project planning techniques to support ongoing projects, drive timely updates to project plans, and ensure effective coordination across project activities.
You will also be responsible for coordinating customer shipments and logistics arrangements, working closely with customers, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of project-related materials and equipment. This role offers an opportunity to develop your project coordination expertise while contributing to the successful delivery of projects from planning through execution.
This role is contributing to the Automation Process Industries in cluster Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore. Main stakeholders Project Managers customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Supporting Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing assigned project activities and work packages.
Coordinating customer shipments and logistics arrangements with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
Monitoring shipment and project activities to ensure timely delivery and proactively addressing issues or delays.
Ensuring project documentation is accurate, consistent, complete, and aligned with agreed procedures and customer requirements.
Supporting effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications for the role
You are highly skilled in project coordination, document management, ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Office Suite, and project administration methodologies, and enjoy working within the industrial automation, electrification, engineering, and technology sectors.
You have 3-5 years of experience in project administration, project and logistics coordination, business support, or operational support functions, with a proven ability to manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Possess advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and document management systems, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
You are passionate about organization, collaboration, continuous improvement, problem-solving, and customer-focused service delivery, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience supporting project execution and administrative processes.
You are at ease communicating in English, both written and verbal, and can effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders across diverse teams and cultures. Bahasa is a plus.
Experience working within multinational organizations and familiarity with ABB's project, quality, compliance, and safety standards would be an advantage.
