Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IRM Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, design, implementation, and transformation initiatives while ensuring scalable and best-practice ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow IRM implementation programs.
Define solution architecture, platform strategy, and integration approaches.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
Provide technical leadership during implementation and deployment.
Drive governance, standards, and best practices across ServiceNow engagements.
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
Mentor implementation teams and conduct architecture reviews.
Required Skills
5-15 years of overall IT experience.
Strong experience in ServiceNow IRM / GRC Architecture.
Hands-on experience with:
ServiceNow Risk Management
Policy & Compliance Management
Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Audit Management
Strong ServiceNow implementation experience.
Experience in solution design and architecture governance.
Integration and data model design expertise.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow CIS-RC (Risk & Compliance)
ServiceNow CIS-TPRM (Third Party Risk Management)
ServiceNow CSA
Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus
