Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Collibra Product Specialists with strong expertise in Collibra Data Catalog, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and BAU Operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing catalog operations, metadata ingestion, reconciliation processes, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement initiatives within enterprise data governance programs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support day-to-day Collibra BAU operations, ensuring metadata accuracy, consistency, and auditability.
Monitor automated ingestion processes and proactively identify data quality issues, anomalies, and load failures.
Coordinate with upstream data providers and technical teams to resolve ingestion issues and perform re-runs where required.
Perform controlled manual metadata imports and uploads using spreadsheets, CSV files, and approved governance procedures.
Conduct reconciliation activities, investigate metadata discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions.
Provide user support and guidance on Collibra navigation, search capabilities, asset creation, and metadata maintenance.
Support federated data governance operating models by enabling business users and divisions to manage their metadata effectively.
Maintain and improve runbooks, process documentation, and operational procedures.
Capture business requirements, coordinate testing/UAT activities, and support small enhancements and releases.
Drive process optimization initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and reducing manual effort.
Collaborate with data owners, stewards, governance teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve catalog adoption.
Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance standards, metadata quality requirements, and lifecycle management processes.
Preferred Qualifications
5-15 years of experience working with Collibra.
Experience supporting Enterprise Data Governance programs.
Strong understanding of Data Catalog, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, and Data Quality concepts.
Experience with Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
